Overview
Pearl Street is a historic, pedestrian-only mall in the heart of downtown Boulder. It's full of cool shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, art, and more!
Location
Pearl Street is in the middle of downtown Boulder. There are a few different spots on Pearl Street where we could meet, and I'll give you more specific logistics depending on what we're doing.
Permit Requirements
No additional permits are required for photos on Pearl Street.
Pets
Dogs are not permitted in the pedestrian area of Pearl Street.
Weather and Seasons
Pearl Street is open and accessible year-round. Around the holidays, there are lots of holiday lights throughout the street. In the spring and summer, there are flowers in the flower beds.
Accessibility
Pearl Street is easily accessible with minimal walking on flat, paved surfaces.
Parking
There are multiple parking garages, lots, and street parking. I recommend giving yourself some extra time to park and walk to our meeting location. Here is a link to my favorite parking garage.
Other Notes
- Plan to give yourself extra time to park and walk to our meeting point.
- There aren't great public restroom options.
- Pearl Street is NOT private. It's a busy pedestrian area. There will be other people, and there will likely be people in the background of our photos.
